Multi-camera event filming with live LED screen feed for the Crows Nest Rodeo — 40 minutes north of Toowoomba on the Darling Downs.
The Project
We travelled to Crows Nest for a two-day production — a Friday test day to set up and calibrate the camera feed to the outdoor LED screen, followed by full event filming on the Saturday. The live camera feed went directly to the big screen so the crowd could watch the bull and horse riding action up close, even from the back of the grounds.
After the event, we produced a highlight video, individual rider clips for Facebook promotion, and a top-10 bull riders compilation — over 100GB of footage captured across the day. The individual clips were designed to build engagement on the rodeo's social media in the lead-up to the next event.
