About the Client
Queensland Leaders is one of Queensland's leading communities of ambitious privately-owned companies. Founded in 2006, they've worked with more than 1,000 companies over nearly 20 years, helping business owners and executives achieve their goals through knowledge sharing, connections, and expert resources.
They run two flagship monthly Knowledge Workshop series — the Executive Leaders Series for established companies and the Future Leaders Series for emerging businesses — along with an International Leaders program and Alumni Forum. Each event features guest speakers, panel discussions, and structured networking.
How It Started
In January 2022, Queensland Leaders reached out through our website looking for a videographer to cover their monthly Knowledge Workshop events at Brisbane City Hall. After an initial meeting, we started working together and covered our first event on 10 February 2022.
What started as a straightforward monthly filming engagement has grown into a deep production partnership spanning 4+ years. We've covered more than 40 events, produced promotional and website content, and adapted when the organisation moved to a new venue — taking on full production responsibility.
This is our longest-running client relationship, and it continues to grow.
The Projects

Monthly Knowledge Workshop Coverage
The foundation of the partnership — monthly filming of Queensland Leaders' Knowledge Workshop events. Each event runs for a full afternoon, featuring guest speakers, panel discussions, and networking. We capture everything so members who can't attend in person can watch on demand.
Outcome: 40+ monthly events covered continuously over 4+ years, with recordings enabling Queensland Leaders to extend the value of every event to their full membership — including those who can't attend in person.
Promotional & Website Content
As the relationship deepened, Queensland Leaders began commissioning additional content beyond event coverage — promotional videos, explainer content, testimonials, and website media designed to attract new members and communicate what the organisation is about.
Outcome: A library of promotional content that helps Queensland Leaders attract and convert new members — from website visitors seeing the banner video to prospective members watching event explainers and real testimonials.
Venue Transition & Full Production Partnership
When Queensland Leaders moved from Brisbane City Hall to Rydges South Bank in early 2026, the production requirements changed significantly. The new venue didn't have the same built-in AV infrastructure, which meant we stepped up from working alongside the venue's AV team to being fully responsible for sound and recording.
Outcome: The venue change demonstrated the strength of the partnership. Rather than Queensland Leaders needing to find a new production team for a different venue, we adapted our setup and took on greater responsibility — evolving from a filming service into their sole production partner.
