How we built an ongoing production relationship with Meinhardt — a global engineering consultancy with 35+ offices worldwide — delivering interviews, event coverage, and conference production across Melbourne.
Founded in Melbourne in 1955, Meinhardt is one of the world's largest independent engineering consultancies. With over 4,450 consultants across 35+ offices worldwide, they deliver projects spanning infrastructure, structures, project management, urban development, and mission-critical facility design. Their Australian operations include offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, and Brisbane.
What started as a single enquiry through our website became an ongoing production partnership — with each project building on the trust established by the last.

Meinhardt's Marketing Coordinator first reached out through our website. The brief: film a series of short sit-down interviews with employees for a video compilation to be shared at the company's 70th anniversary celebration.
Outcome: The filming day went so smoothly that the client said she 'couldn't believe how well it went.' The preparation on both sides made the difference — and the content was good enough that Meinhardt's Singapore head office requested it too.

Following the success of the interview series, Meinhardt engaged us again — this time to cover their 70th anniversary celebration at the Melbourne Museum. A prestigious venue for a milestone event.
Outcome: Photos were delivered the next morning. The client responded: 'They're fantastic and wasn't expecting them so fast!' The fast turnaround and quality of work cemented the relationship.

By the third project, Meinhardt trusted us to cover a high-profile industry event: the inaugural AFCOM Melbourne Chapter event. AFCOM is the global association for data centre and IT infrastructure professionals. The event brought together leaders from NEXTDC, AusNet, Infrapoint, Aurecon, and EkkoSense to discuss AI, sustainability, and the future of digital infrastructure.
Outcome: The client was 'all very happy with the content we got from the day' — and the quality of work led directly to a fourth enquiry: a multi-day interview series in Sydney.
Each project was delivered on time, on brief, and to a standard that gave the client confidence to come back. No surprises, no excuses.
We didn't just quote and show up. We reviewed pitch documents, flagged scheduling risks, and recommended approaches that would get better results for the client.
Based on the Gold Coast, delivering in Melbourne. We brought our own gear, managed our own logistics, and produced the same quality regardless of location.
Photos delivered the morning after the 70th celebration. Quick turnaround on edits. Responsive communication throughout every project.
From controlled sit-down interviews to live event coverage to industry conferences — different formats, different venues, same professional standard.
Integrated with venue sound systems, brought backup equipment, and adapted to each environment. The client never had to worry about the technical side.
