Typical investment ranges: Single camera filming from approx $1,200 – $2,500, Multi-camera filming or conference coverage approx $2,500 – $6,000+, Professional live streaming approx $3,500 – $10,000+ depending on scale. We provide clear, itemised quotes so you know exactly what is included.

Are you available for my event or project date?

Availability depends on existing bookings for crew and equipment. The best way to confirm is to reach out with your date and project details. For larger productions, multi-camera filming or live streaming events, earlier booking is recommended. For smaller filming or editing-focused projects, we may still be able to assist with shorter notice.

What is the difference between filming, live streaming and live vision to screens?

Accepted Answer

Filming (Recording for Editing Later) is used for conferences, corporate content, training videos, and marketing content - captured and edited after the project. Live Streaming (Online Audience) is used for conferences, corporate events, sport, and hybrid events - quoted separately from venue screen display. Live Vision to Venue Screens is camera to screen display only for large rooms, outdoor events, and stage screens - online streaming is separate.

Do you provide editing and post-production services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, editing is customised depending on project requirements. Editing can include full session edits, highlight videos, social media versions, multi-camera edits, graphics and branding, titles and speaker overlays, and subtitles or captions. Typical editing timeframes: Same day edits available for some projects, standard delivery typically a few weeks, large or complex productions can take months.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Our standard service typically includes two rounds of revisions on the edited video(s). Subsequent or additional revisions are generally charged on a per-round basis (e.g., $250 per round).

When will we receive the final videos?

Accepted Answer

Delivery of all agreed assets is typically within 1–2 weeks after the event. This time frame may vary depending on the scope of the project.

Do you work outside Brisbane / Gold Coast?

Accepted Answer

We primarily service Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast. We also regularly travel for projects in Sydney, Melbourne, and other locations when required.

Which live streaming platforms do you support?

Accepted Answer

We can live stream to your chosen platform, such as MS Teams, Zoom, Vimeo, or YouTube. Using your existing subscription can help reduce costs.
