Booking & Pricing
Pricing depends on project duration, crew size, equipment required, project complexity, editing requirements, and location/travel.
Typical investment ranges (guide only):
• Single camera filming → from approx $1,200 – $2,500
• Multi-camera filming or conference coverage → approx $2,500 – $6,000+
• Professional live streaming → approx $3,500 – $10,000+ depending on scale
• Filming + professional editing packages → project based
• Large broadcast or sport → project based
We provide clear, itemised quotes so you know exactly what is included.
Availability depends on existing bookings for crew and equipment. The best way to confirm is to reach out with your date and project details.
For larger productions, multi-camera filming or live streaming events, earlier booking is recommended.
For smaller filming or editing-focused projects, we may still be able to assist with shorter notice depending on schedule.
To prepare an accurate quote, we usually need:
• Date and location
• Type of project (event filming, live streaming, corporate video, training content, etc.)
• Indoor or outdoor
• Approx audience size (if event)
• Filming, live streaming, editing — or combination
• Editing requirements and style (if known)
• Number of final deliverables (full video, highlights, social cutdowns, etc.)
• Graphics or branding requirements
• Preferred turnaround timeframe
• Whether screens or venue AV integration is required

A deposit is always required to secure your project date, crew, and equipment allocation.
Some projects may require full payment upfront depending on project scale, lead time or risk.
