How a website enquiry from Medtronic — one of the world's largest medical device companies — grew into an ongoing production partnership across educational videos, podcast series, and healthcare campaign content.
Medtronic is one of the world's largest medical technology companies, operating in more than 150 countries with over 95,000 employees globally. Their Structural Heart and Cardiac & Vascular divisions develop life-saving technologies including transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) systems and vascular treatment solutions. Their Australian headquarters are in Macquarie Park, Sydney.
In January 2025, a Senior Market Development Specialist from Medtronic's Structural Heart division submitted a quote request through our website. The team needed a videographer to film educational content with a cardiologist at St Vincent's Private Hospital in Brisbane.
It was a straightforward enquiry. But the way we handled it — the detailed quote, the clear communication, the professional vendor onboarding process, and the quality of the final product — set the foundation for what became a 15-month production partnership spanning two Medtronic divisions and multiple cities.
Three distinct projects across two Medtronic divisions — each one building on the trust and results delivered by the last.

Medtronic's Structural Heart team needed five educational videos about Aortic Stenosis (AS) and transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) — filmed with a cardiologist in a hospital consult room. The content was designed to raise awareness among GPs and healthcare professionals about when to consider, screen for, and refer patients with AS.
Outcome: All five videos were delivered and approved through Medtronic's medical review process. The client's response: 'You're amazing!' — and the quality of work led directly to a much larger project two months later.

Off the back of the Brisbane project, Medtronic engaged us for a significantly larger production: filming 10 separate podcast and interview recordings in a single day at the Sheraton Grand Sydney, timed around the Sydney Valves medical conference. The 'Luminaries in Structural Heart' series featured world-renowned cardiologists and interventionalists discussing TAVR technology, clinical trial data, and case reviews.
Outcome: A marathon production day that ran seamlessly from setup to wrap. The footage was used globally by Medtronic's international team and locally for social media campaigns. The editing work continued through September 2025, with highlight reels and full podcast episodes delivered across multiple formats.

By this point, Medtronic's reputation for our work had spread internally. A completely different division — the Cardiac & Vascular Group — reached out to produce a three-part campaign targeting gynaecologists about Pelvic Venous Disorder (PeVD). The 'Consider. Screen. Refer.' campaign featured a vascular surgeon delivering scripted educational content with branded Medtronic graphics and animations.
Outcome: All three videos were delivered and approved through Medtronic's regulatory review process. The client confirmed: 'They look great!' — and the project demonstrated that our reputation within Medtronic had grown beyond the original division that hired us.
Healthcare content requires doctor review, regulatory approval, and precise branding. We navigated Medtronic's compliance process across multiple rounds of review — without delays or friction.
The work started with Structural Heart, but our reputation spread internally. When the Cardiac & Vascular Group needed a videographer, they already knew who to call.
